Customer Service is one of our main focuses at TDSA. We have realised and identified key areas where we have fallen short in the past and we have put various measures in place to a.) correct this and b.) put systems in place to make the overall TDSA Customer Experience a more enjoyable one.
One of the key areas that we have identified is the TDSA website and online purchasing process.
We have just implimented a number of changes and updates to the website aimed at making the site more user friendly and easier to understand.
We will continue to make more changes, additions and updates as time goes on.
