We at TDSA have experienced a number of challenges over the last few months, including but not limited to poor to non-existant Telkom telephone and ADSL service at our Boksburg branch and having run out of warehouse space.
We are very pleased to confirm that both these major issues have been addressed as follows:
We have moved over to a new data and telephony provider and while we are currently operating on a temporary data solution, our fibre lines should be installed within the next 2 weeks.
Similarly, we have implimented a new telephony service and we are currently waiting for Telkom to port the lines over to the new provider. Once the porting is completed we believe that our phone line problems will be something of the past and our Customers will be able to RELIABLY get hold of us once again.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard. These problems have been ongoing for several months and Telkom are simply not able to resolve them.
With regards to our space issue, TDSA Head Office will be moving to new admin offices and warehouse space on 1 July 2019. This will allow us to better receive, manage and despatch stock, allowing us to provide our Customers with better and more efficient service and order turnaround times.
We are also in the process of finalising some major updates and improvements to our website aimed at making the TDSA Customer experience an easier and more engaging one.
