Despite having recently switched service providers, we have and continue to experience ongoing problems with our phone lines at our Boksburg Branch.
On some calls it sounds as if we answer and hang up when we do not. Other times it just rings on the callers side, but we do not get the call on our end.
Our new service provider has been unable to fix this and as a result, we are in the process of changing to a new service provider once again.
We expect to be switched over in the next day or 2.
